Since
the Ninja Fight Club is not a business, or a for-profit venture,
potential students are accepted on a limited basis. Each potential
student must sign a
waiver of liability
and is required to maintain adequate personal
health insurance
in order to treat any training injuries that may occur. Training is done
at the student's own risk and physician clearance is recommended prior
to the initiation of training. Civilian students who do not have an
invitation/recommendation may also be asked to pass a simple criminal
background check (law enforcement officers (PD, SO, DEA, ATF, DOC)
are exempt from the background check). This is to limit the type of
training to which the criminal element may have access.
Training gear includes a black martial arts gi and belt,
tabi (or
thick socks),
mouth guard, and eye protection. There are some recommended
optional items that make our training more realistic/fulfilling.
They include a law enforcement duty belt, handcuffs, training baton,
training knife, "red gun", flashlight, grappling gloves and training
swords. It is not necessary to purchase any of the training gear until
a commitment to regular training has been made. Until then, sweats and
a t-shirt are sufficient.

6th Ave. and 8th Ave. viaducts.
DISCLAIMER: The techniques taught in this
dojo are for informational / educational purposes only and should never
be used in place of established law enforcement departmental use of
force policies.
